At the Dubai Government’s drive to stabilize the real estate agents must attend accredited programs operate in the city, said well-known educator in the field.
In a press conference on Tuesday, Dr. Salem Al Shafiei, director of the newly established Dubai Real Estate Institute (three), said agents must first four-course program for the sales transactions.
The Institute was three months ago as an official supplier programme Real Estate regulatory agency (RER) in the latest in a series of measures aimed at protecting consumers.

New program helps agents on everything from ethics and fundamental rights to a new level of legislation in relation to “common spaces” in the buildings, he said.
Observance of the basic requirements RER certification lasts a semester, he said, but the institute offers master’s and doctorate in real estate, which could take up to 18 months full-time study, Al Shafiei said.
